Points awarded: 10
Non-conformity classification: Critical Fail
Non-conformity description: An issue identified that could result in prosecution or may been deemed to be an imminent risk.
Timescale for resolution: 2 days

Major

Points awarded: 5
Non-conformity classification: Major Fail
Non-conformity description: A visit by an enforcing officer could result in service of an improvement notice.
Timescale for resolution: 7 days

Minor

Points awarded: 3
Non-conformity classification: Minor Fail
Non-conformity description: Contravention of legal requirements and/or industry standards and/or company policy and/or insurance requirements.
Timescale for resolution: 30 days

Observation

Points awarded: 1
Non-conformity classification: Observation
Non-conformity description: Minor contravention or infringement of legal requirements, industry standards, company policy or insurance requirements.

Fire Safety Audit

Specifically tailored for environments with elevated fire hazards, such as hotels, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and multi-occupancy buildings, this audit ensures compliance with fire safety regulations.

OH&S Audit

Our Occupational Health & Safety Management System Audit process involves an in-depth examination of an organisation’s entire health and safety management system(s) and associated arrangements. The audit focuses on the key aspects of managing occupational health and safety in the workplace and offers a structured path for continual improvement towards best practice status.

Re-Audit

Our Re-Audit Service supports businesses flagged as “Critical” or “At Risk” during their initial audit. This follow-up assessment focuses on evaluating progress in addressing previously identified issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing necessary improvements. The re-audit verifies that corrective actions have been carried out and provides additional guidance to achieve compliance.
