• AL: Licence on file (active licence is issued)

Green Border

• NE: Not expected to be processed
• ROF: Receipt on file (fire officer acknowledged receipt)

Amber

• WIP: Work in progress
• RS: Renewal submitted
• FI: Further information requested

Red

• RJ: Licence application rejected
• EX: Licence expired and not marked as WIP/RS
