According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report, 50% of all employees will need reskilling by 2025, as adoption of technology accelerates. In a labour market that is more automated, digital, and dynamic, all citizens will benefit from having a set of foundational skills that help them fulfil the following three criteria, regardless of the sector they work in, or their role within an organisation. Each of the groups contains four "Defined Obtainable Talents".
It is the learning and discovery of these Defined Obtainable Talents (DOTs) that forms the Future Skills Diploma. Each DOT is a 1 hour online course for you to complete.

How the Future Skills Diploma works for Employees
Assigned
Employees are given access to the Future Skills Diploma in the portal.
Skill Group
Each month for 12 months, a Skill Group is added to their account.
4 Hours
Employees complete the 4 one-hour DOTs and Assessments in that Skill Group.
