Courses
What are the courses like?
Our courses are delivered by expert tutors who have been teaching people for many years. The courses are a mixture of video lessons, audio, text and interactive knowledge checks.
How much time does it take to complete the courses?
This depends on the course you choose. We aim to ensure that the courses are sufficient for knowledge transfer to occur in the least amount of time.Â
How often do you update the content?
We update all of our courses as and when a legislative requirement changes. This ensures our courses are always giving your employees the most up-to-date learning experience.
Who accredits your examinations?
Once you have completed a course we will provide you with a Certificate of Completion. This indicates that you have completed the course and the assessment attached with the course.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Bank Transfers. If you are booking from a company, we will issue you with an invoice and this can be paid via BACS or Company Credit Card.
Can we invoice your company?

What do I need to watch the online notes for my course?
An internet connection and a device to connect to it. You can complete the courses on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Can I watch the course from more than one computer?
Yes. You can log in from anywhere you like from any device. Your progress is stored in our system, not on your computer.
Do I need any special software to watch the course?

What information do I need to provide?
To watch the courses we need your name and your email address. You will create a secure password that can’t be seen by us.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. An encrypted SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus providing a high degree of confidentiality. Confidentiality is important for both parties to any private transaction. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit.
Do you do anything with my data I should know about?
If there is an enhancement to a course, we may email you to let you know – but that’s it.
