Clear answers before you need the detail.
Platform, rollout, pricing, learning and trust—without the sales-language detour.
What is Fit2Trade? +
Fit2Trade is a modular platform for frontline learning, safety, operational standards, communication, document access and contractor compliance. The modules share a common organisation, people and reporting foundation.
Do we need every module? +
No. You can begin with the module or programme that solves the clearest need, then add connected capability later.
Can employees use Fit2Trade on a phone or tablet? +
Fit2Trade is designed for modern browsers across computers, tablets and smartphones. The exact experience depends on the workflow and device configuration.
Can different people see different things? +
Yes. Access and assignments can be structured around organisation, location, team, role and responsibility.
How does implementation work? +
We agree the priority and operating structure, configure the platform, validate it with a focused group, support launch and then review what to improve or extend.
Can we add modules later? +
Yes. Fit2Trade is deliberately modular. A focused first phase can grow without creating a separate account or disconnected organisation structure.
Is pricing published? +
Yes. The pricing page shows the current published EU starting prices for modules and services. Final scope, implementation and contract details are confirmed before agreement.
Can we use our own induction or policy content? +
Yes. Fit2Trade can combine relevant Fit2Trade courses with customer-specific induction, policies and learning content, subject to agreed scope and format.
What do Fit2Trade courses include? +
Courses can combine video, audio, text and knowledge checks. Available titles, audience, localisation, recurrence and certification details are confirmed as part of the learning programme.
How often is learning content updated? +
Fit2Trade reviews and updates content where programme or legislative requirements change. The applicable version and recurrence are confirmed for each customer programme.
How does Fit2Trade approach security and privacy? +
Fit2Trade applies role-based access, responsible data handling and documented operational controls. Security and procurement information can be discussed during evaluation.
What support is available? +
Support depends on the agreed service and rollout. We confirm administrator preparation, launch support and ongoing contact arrangements before the platform goes live.
What happens in a demo? +
We focus on your operating priorities, show the relevant workflows and discuss rollout and pricing. A typical first conversation is designed to be useful without turning into a generic feature tour.
Do we need to prepare anything? +
A rough idea of locations, employee numbers, current systems and the problem you want to solve is helpful, but you do not need a finished requirements document.
Does booking a demo commit us to anything? +
No. The demo is an opportunity to decide whether the platform and proposed approach are relevant to your organisation.
Bring us the awkward question.
If the answer depends on your structure, content or current systems, we’ll tell you plainly and work it through with you.
